You probably have your beach bag stocked by now (hopefully!), and it probably wouldn’t hurt to update your cosmetic bag seasonal must-haves. No day in the sun is complete without the right summer beauty products. Healthy skin slathered with plenty of high SPF sunscreen is essential this season, but a shimmering complexion is JUST as important for you beauty conscious ladies, right?! Although nourishing your skin begins from the inside out, (cue the water and healthy food intake) I’ve tracked down a few products that will leave your skin glowing with radiance this summer!

I recently came across the Dior Skinflash Radiance Boosting Makeup Primer (sheer glow) which is an amazing anti-fatigue remedy to achieve a glowing complexion.  Formulated with Photo-smart Pigments, this primer attracts light and blends flawlessly into any skintone. I love that it restores freshness to your skin just before applying foundation.

Next on my summer radar is the NARS illuminator. Like the Dior primer, the formula is a light-reflecting liquid that achieves an enhanced and shimmering complexion. Not as expensive as the Dior primer, the collection also comes in five luminous shades: Copacabana, Laguna, Orgasm, and Super Orgasm. My favorite part about this product is that I you can layer it over the Dior primer or highlight cheekbones to create shimmering accents—the perfect summer beauty look.

 

NARS Illuminator ($30.00)

 Bobbi Brown Beach Fragrance leaves me with an I-just-walked-straight-off-the-beach feeling and makes me forget the phrase “June Gloom” ever existed. The light blend of jasmine, sea spray, and mandarin is an ideal scent from poolside to nighttime. Also, you can opt for the Bobbi Brown Shimmering Fragrance Oil for a dose of shimmer and a whiff of sea breeze.
